NAL Solutions Joint Stock Company (hereinafter, “NALS”), a company engaged in software development as the Vietnamese subsidiary of Mynavi Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya), changed its name to Mynavi TechTus Vietnam Joint Stock Company (hereinafter, “Mynavi TechTus”) on Monday, March 17, 2025.
◆Background to the name change and future developments
Mynavi turned NALS, a software development company with extensive experience overseas, into a subsidiary in order to address the shortage of IT engineers in Japan and issues in corporate digital transformation. Since then, NALS has provided agile development services to support everything from consulting to development and operation for Japanese companies working to promote digital transformation.
This year, as NALS celebrates the 10th anniversary of its establishment, the decision has been made to change the company name to Mynavi TechTus in order to strengthen the Mynavi brand and the collaborative system between Group companies overseas and particularly in Asia.
Going forward, Mynavi TechTus will contribute to improving the technical capabilities and services of the entire Mynavi Group and enable the provision of higher quality solutions to customers.
Mynavi TechTus will aim for further growth and development as a member of the Mynavi Group.
