4. We adopt safety control measures (*) reasonable from the organizational, technical, personnel, and physical viewpoints to prevent unauthorized access to the personal information (including personal information that we have acquired or are attempting to acquire), and prevent incidents such as loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information. Furthermore, we shall promptly rectify/improve the said measures in case of any change in the social situation or any defect found in the safety control measures. 5. We commit to sincerely responding to claims and inquiries about personal information and continue to improve the protection level of personal information.
6. We comply with the laws and regulations, the guidelines established by the government, and other industry norms, customs, and public policies regarding the protection of personal information.
7. We perform regular reviews of the management system of personal information protection and its related regulations, and the management structure of the personal information protection, and continue to improve them.
