COMPLIANCE

Our policy on compliance

Compliance is an essential element of the Mynavi Group’s basic management policy.
In our Code of Conduct, we have made a commitment to “ensure that every individual has a strong awareness of compliance and acts fairly, so that our business continues to be trusted by all stakeholders,” while also declaring, “Our top executives will lead by example, recognizing that their role is to promote the Code of Conduct.”
In addition, our regulations on compliance require officers and employees to ensure compliance in any situation, meet the expectations of society, which puts trust in us, have deep awareness about corporate social responsibility, and act in compliance with laws and regulations, internal regulations, and social norms.

Compliance-related system

We have established a division responsible for promoting compliance efforts to prevent non-compliance. If a case of non-compliance is discovered, we take action immediately.
In addition, we have established a compliance and risk management committee chaired by Representative Director and President Executive Officer of Mynavi Corporation to implement and improve initiatives and take other relevant measures.

We implement the following initiatives to ensure compliance and prevent non-compliance.

In addition, we regularly provide onboarding training programs for new graduate hires and experienced hires as well as manager training programs for newly appointed managers (including training about the prevention of harassment). We also conduct a workplace environment survey and provide a feedback training program for managers based on results of the survey.
Moreover, we implement other training programs and awareness raising initiatives as appropriate.

Our whistleblowing system

The Mynavi Group has established a whistleblowing hotline to address reports about compliance issues, including actions against laws and regulations, internal rules and social norms, and endeavor to detect early and correct frauds and other non-compliance cases.
A report can be made anonymously. We forbid giving whistleblowers or the parties cooperating in investigation any treatment that puts them at a disadvantage or harassing them on the grounds that they have made a report or cooperated in investigation. We share an update on the utilization of the whistleblowing system across our company and regularly issue a report about the number of cases reported to the system and other details.
