We accept diverse values and value being grateful to and respecting all people we work with. We promote respect for human rights and diversity, while also endeavoring to create an organizational culture in which diverse people are able to demonstrate their ability, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, or whether they have disabilities or not.
Initiatives for women empowerment
The Mynavi Group provides child care leave, short working hours, staggered hours, and other working arrangements to ensure an environment in which employees are able to work in a way that matches their life stages. Employees get promoted and are given training for development according to their merit and performance results, regardless of gender.
We will continue to implement initiatives that help women work in a sustainable way.
Initiatives to promote the hiring of people with disabilities
Our policy on the hiring of people with disabilities is: “We take your disabilities into consideration, but we do not lower our expectations because of your disabilities.”
We hire people with disabilities, expecting that they will show initiative, explore how to contribute, and ultimately create and do many jobs that demonstrate who they are and what they can do. In September 2016, Mynavi Partners Corporation, a group company established in June 2016, was approved as the Mynavi Group’s subsidiary to which special provisions under the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities apply.
We will strive to fulfill corporate social responsibility by offering people with disabilities broad fields in which they are able to perform at their best, no matter what their disabilities may be, and promoting the hiring of people with disabilities.
