Based on the health management declaration by the Representative Director, President and Executive Officer, as well as Mynavi’s ongoing efforts in health management, the company has been certified as a “2024 Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category).”

Health Management Promotion System
The representative director and the president executive officer assumes the chief executive post of health management to lead health management, and the executive board and the management council make decisions on important matters and report.
Personnel Planning Headquarters, Personnel and Welfare Department is assigned to the health management promotion department to promote the creation of a work environment which maintains the good health of working employees by closely cooperating with the industrial doctor and the health insurance association.

Addressing health issues, including mental health
Mynavi Group flexibly adopts and implements measures related to employees’ health, including mental health.
All-round counseling hotline (ADVANTAGE Counseling Center)
We have established an external counseling hotline (employee assistance program (EAP) service) for employees to feel free to consult about personal matters.
Professional counselors provide counseling based on cognitive behavioral therapy for cases involving relationships in the workplace, career development, personal relationships, family relationships, and others.
Stress check
We conduct a stress check, an examination for assessing the degree of psychological burden required under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, once a year. This examination is intended to help employees to grasp the state of the stress they suffer, by answering questions about psychological factors and undergoing an examination.
Publishing health education materials and videos produced by industrial physicians, and conducting in-house training
Educational materials, including the health education video ‘Encouragement for Health’ produced by industrial physicians, and videos for stretching at work are available.
In addition, we regularly hold in-house training sessions on stress management, including self-care and line management care.
Health management
To help women work in a sustainable way, we provide employees with information about diseases specific to women and measures to prevent those diseases.
Benefits to encourage employees to take a thorough health examination and a brain examination
Our health insurance association offers an employee benefits program. Under the program, benefits are given not only to employees but also to dependents when they have taken a thorough health examination, a cancer examination, and a health checkup.
My Care Room
My Care Room is an employee service facility of the Mynavi Group, in which employees of Mynavi Partners provide a massage service. Mynavi Partners has been approved as a subsidiary to which special provisions under the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities apply.
